Born in Cadzand, Netherlands on March 28, 1926, she was the daughter of William Goosen and Suzanne Vandenameele.

She was survived by her husband, John DuFosse.

Interment in Neshanic Cemetery, Amwell Road, Hillsborough, NJ.
