Stephen O. Austin

Stephen O. Austin, age 74 years, of Ringoes, NJ, died on March 22, 1983 in the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Plymouth, CT on August 28, 1908, he was the son of the late E. Grant Austin and Emma Mathes.

Mr. Austin was a United States Army veteran of World War II.

He then worked as a fire service engineer for the NJ Fire Service Apparatus Company in Green Brook, NJ.

Stephen was survived by his wife, Helen (Redman) Austin, of Raritan Township, NJ.

Interment in Hillside Cemetery, 27 Hillside Ave, Terryville, CT.
