Stanley E. Krych Sr., 71, of Kingwood Township, died Saturday, Jan. 29, in his home. He was owner and operator of S. & K. Transmissions in Kingwood Township.

Born Dec. 20, 1928, in New York City, he was a son of the late Alexander and Agnes Wiskowsky Krych. He resided in Kingwood Township since 1932.

He is survived by his wife, the former Lottie Helfer; a daughter, Sandra of Gaston, S.C.; three sons, Stanley Jr. of Clinton, Steven of Riegelsville and John, at home; a brother, Anthony of New Brunswick, N.J.; and a grandson.

Services will be held 8:30 p.m. Thursday from the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington. Call 7 p.m. to time of services Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
