Born in Hunterdon County on June 16, 1863, she was the daughter of Watson Rittenhouse and Sarah Ana Opdyke. She was predeceased by her husband, George W. Hoffman. Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
