Born in Italy on November 15, 1901, he was the son of the late Ralph and Rachael Spada.

Mr. Spada was formerly employed as a cashier at Johnny's Truck Stop.

He was survived by his wife, Mary (Pucciarelli) Spada.

Interment in St. John Cemetery, 80-01 Metropolitan Ave, Middle Village, NY.
