Ruth L. Smith

Ruth L. Smith, age 81 years, of Delaware Township, NJ, died on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at her residence.

Born in Delaware Township, NJ, August 27, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Isaac and Cora Suydam Smith.

She was a lifelong member of the Sergeantsville United Methodist Church.

She was employed by Stryker's Paint Store, Flemington, NJ for over fifty years.

Surviving are two brothers, Henry Smith and Leroy Smith, both of Delaware Township, NJ, and three sisters-in-law, Opal Smith, Hazel Smith, and Jeanette Smith, all of Delaware Township, NJ; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM in the Sergeantsville United Methodist Church, Sergeantsville, NJ. Interment will be in Sandy Ridge Cemetery, Delaware Township, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 7-9 PM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
