Ruth F. Phillips, age 71 years, of East Amwell Township, NJ, died April 23, 1986 at her home.
Born October 25, 1914 in Rocktown, NJ, she was the daughter of Norman and Harriet (Pittenger) Fulper. She was a former teacher and principal in Delware Township, NJ.
She was survived by her husband, James A. Phillips.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Burial was in Union Cemetery, Ringoes.
