Rose Laford

Rose LaFord, age 99 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, August 25, 2006 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ where she had resided for the past eight years.

Born in West Hoboken, NJ, August 19, 1907, daughter of the late Joseph and Rose Jesensti Helm, she had resided most of her life in Union City, NJ.

She was a homemaker. Her husband, Louis H. LaFord, died in 1982.

Surviving are a daughter, Rose Irene Bildstein of Lebanon, NJ; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will follow in Bergen Crest Mausoleum, North Bergen, NJ.
