Born in New York City, NY on June 15, 1907, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Gretchen A. Fanning. She was the Vice-President of the Hunterdon County National Bank, Flemington, NJ. Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
