Richard J. Kettler, age 59 years, of Ocean View, NJ, died on August 6, 1994 at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY. Born in New York City on December 8, 1934, he was the son of William Kettler and Martha Almendinger. Mr. Kettler worked as a loan specialist for the Farmers Home Administration. Richard was survived by his wife, Joanne (Stein) Kettler. Interment in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.
