He was born in Italy on June 29, 1893.

Mr. Modica was formerly employed as a garment presser in the New York City Garment District.

He was predeceased by his wife, Anna Modica.

Interment in St. John Cemetery, 80-01 Metropolitan Ave, Middle Village, NY.
