Peter J. Peterson, Sr.

Peter J. Peterson, Sr., age 82 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on October 21, 1994 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Chicago, IL on February 2, 1912, he was the son of the late Paraskeva Petropoulos and Panayiota Skaltsas. Mr. Peterson was a veteran of World War II and Korea, serving in the U.S. Army from 1941-1953. He then became restaurant owner of the Pancake House in Flemington, NJ. Peter was predeceased by his wife, Irene Araps. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
