Oscar M. Sebastian, age 78 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on July 22, 1999 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, 1200 S Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA. Born in Italy on January 2, 1921, he was the son of the late Antonio Sebastian and Giovanna Bistin. Mr. Sebastian was an Electrical Engineer for the City of New York. Oscar is survived by his wife, Judith (Dilschmann) Sebastian. The burial was private.
