Born in Hunterdon County, NJ on December 20, 1892, he was the son of the late Asher Fulper and Mary Carkhuff.

Mr. Fulper was a retired farmer.

He was survived by his wife, Harriet (Pittenger) Fulper.

Interment in Union Cemetery, Boss Road, Ringoes, NJ.
