Mattie E. Oliver, age 82 years, of Warren County, NJ, died on October 3, 1999 at her residence in Mansfield, NJ. Born in Buena Vista, GA on June 3, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Burton Owens and Emma (Walton) Owens. She worked for C.F.I. Industries in Frenchtown, NJ and the Developmental Center in Clinton, NJ. Mattie was predeceased by her husband, Arides Oliver, who died in 1996. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
