Matthew J. O'Neill, age 59 years, of Flemington, NJ, died February 18, 1982 in Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township.
Born March 15, 1922 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of John J. and Margaret (Devaney) O'Neill. He was an engineer for American Bosch Corp., Garden City, Long Island.
Mr, O'Neill servied in the United States Marine Corps in World War II.
He was survived by his wife, Alice (Kenney) O'Neill.
Funeral services were held in St. Magdalen Church, Flemington. Interment was in St. Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
