Born in Quakertown, NJ on November 14, 1870, she was the daughter of the late William H.H. Woodruff and Elizabeth Wilson.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Burd, who died in 1950.
Interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown, NJ.
