Born May 19, 1918 in Hunterdon County, he was the son of Albert S. and Elizabeth (Hanna) Shepperd. He was a laborer with the Franklin Township Road Department.
Mr. Shepperd served in the United States Army during World War II.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Burial was in Locust Grove Cemetery, Quakertown.
