Laura E. Van Nuys, age 87 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on December 16, 1996 at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Dilley, TX on January 15, 1909, she was the daughter of the late Charles A. Watson, Sr., and Florence Rylander Watson. She was a teacher at Hunterdon Central Regional High School from 1960-1975, and she started the Special Education Program there. Laura was predeceased by her husband, George E. Van Nuys, who died in 1981. Interment in Neshanic Cemetery, Amwell Road, Hillsborough, NJ.
