Born in Dover, NJ on April 23, 1918, she was the daughter of the late William E. Hartman and Alice P. (Harrab) Hartman. She worked as a Registered Nurse, retiring in 1965. Interment at Ocean County Memorial Park, 1722 Silverton Rd, Toms River, NJ.
