Joseph A. Laine

Joseph A. Laine, age 75 years, of Neshanic Station, NJ, died on September 11, 1996 at his home in Hillsborough Township, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ on March 14, 1921, he was the son of the late James V. Laine and Helen Mutter Laine. Mr. Laine was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Merchant Marines from 1942-1945. He then became a freighter captain. Joseph is survived by his wife, Cora Sowers Laine, and their children. Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
