Mr. McCloughan was a veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Army.
He then worked for the Flemington National Bank & Trust Company.
John was survived by his wife, Edith (Wilson) McCloughan.
Interment in Rosemont Cemetery, Route 519, Rosemont, NJ.
