Born in Germany on March 22, 1903, he was the son of the late William Burmester and Elizabeth Sierp.
Mr. Burmester was a farmer for many years.
He was survived by his wife, Caroline (Rohlfing) Burmester.
Interment in Sand Brook Cemetery, Britton Road, Stockton, NJ.
