Jean L. Lowe, age 81 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on September 5, 2001 at Independence Manor, Raritan Township, NJ. She was born in Manitowoc, Wisconsin on December 1, 1919 to the late Irma and Alvin Loeffler Sr. Mrs. Lowe was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert L. Lowe. The burial was private.
