James M. Alexander, age 67 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died December 18, 1983 at Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township.
Born August 3, 1916 in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of Ernest and Olive (Mitchell) Alexander. He worked in instrument maintenance for RCA, Somerville.
Mr. Alexander served in the United States Army during World War II.
He was survived by his wife, Dora (Barrett) Alexander.
Funeral services and interment were held at Silver Book Cemetery, Wilmington, DE.
