Born August 25, 1896 in Raritan Township, he was the son of Albert and Henrietta (Smith) Pyatt. Mr. Pyatt was a farmer.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
