Born January 28, 1929 in Flemington, he was the son of Guy R. and Dorothy (Stout) Bell. Mr. Bell was a former librarian at Episcopal Church Center in New York City.
Funeral services were held at Calvary Episcopal Church, Flemington, under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
