George Magos

George Magos, age 90 years, died on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late James and Catherine Magos.
He was a United States Coast Guard veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Eunice Magos; a son, Dr. Mark C. Magos, of Raritan Township, NJ; a brother, Leo Magos, of Palm Harbor, FL; a nephew, James Magos; and a niece, Diana Magos.
Graveside Services with military honors will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 10:30 AM in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
