Frank L. Case

Frank L. Case, age 89 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, April 16, 2012, in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Raritan Township, NJ, September 6, 1922, he was the son of the late Van and Hazel Hall Case.

He retired from the Raritan Township Road Department, and had formerly worked at William Stothoff Company, Flemington, NJ, Visqueen Corporation in Raritan Township, GLF, and Standard Press Steel.

He was a United States Marine Corps veteran of World War II.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and spent many hours at the Flemington Speedway working in Tower 3 and as a guard.

He was a charter member of the Raritan Township Fire Company and a member of American Legion Post #159, Flemington, NJ.

Surviving are his wife of sixty-seven years, Ilene Zeliff Case; a son, Frank Lee Case of Kingwood Township, NJ; a brother, Richard Case of Alexandria Township, NJ; two grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be in Three Bridges Cemetery, Three Bridges, NJ. Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 9-10 AM in the funeral home.
