Born August 4, 1892 in Hunterdon County, she was the daughter of William and Katherine (Reading) Antes.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband, John Kostik, in 1976.
Funeral services were held in Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington.
