Erma Vargar, age 85 years, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died on November 28, 2001 at the Care Center of Lopatcong, Phillipsburg, NJ. Born in Allentown, PA on November 4, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Pelton Peters and Carrie (Vogenitz) Dotterer. She was a foster-grandparent at the Hunterdon Developmental Center and a seamstress for years. Erma was predeceased by her two husbands, Earl Miller, in 1945, and Andrew Vargar, in 1977. Interment in Belvidere Cemetery, Pequest Rd, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
