Born in Flemington, NJ on March 28, 1882, he was the son of the late George A. Fulper and Mary Reading. Mr. Fulper leaves behind his wife, Mabel Hoffman Fulper. Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
