Born February 24, 1896 in Flemington, she was the daughter of Harry B. and Belle (Snook) Moore. She was an office manager for Burkett Bros. Co., Flemington.
Edith was the widow of Harry S. Plum, who died in 1921.
Funeral services were held at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington. Interment was in Flemington Presbyterian Cemetery.
