RARITAN TOWNSHIP - Cosmo ``Tony'' A. Barosi, 58, died Monday (Aug. 30, 1999) at his home here. Born in Scranton, Pa., June 26, 1941, he was the son of the late Frank and Angelina Mendeola Barosi. Formerly of Plainfield, Mr. Barosi was a resident of Raritan Township since 1974. He was employed as a research and development lab technician by Union Carbide (Dow Chemical) in Piscataway. He was a life member of the Flemington-Raritan Rescue Squad, the N.J. Aviation Club and the Antique Car Club of Manville. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1966. Surviving are a son, Paul Barosi of Milford a brother, Angelo Barosi of Randolph and a granddaughter. A funeral liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Lucy's Church, Scranton, Pa. Interment will be in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton, Pa., under the direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Flemington-Raritan Rescue Squad, Highway 12, Flemington, N.J., 08822.
