Born in Doylestown, PA on February 20, 1926, her maiden name was Wilbert. She worked for years in the Housekeeping Department of the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Clara was predeceased by her husband, Albert Smith, Sr., who passed away in 1973. Interment in Cherryville Mountain View Cemetery, Flemington, NJ.
