Born in Flemington, NJ on July 8, 1897, he was the son of the late Peter C. Worman and Angeline Hinkley.

Mr. Worman was a veteran of World War I.

He was formerly employed by Flemington Borough.

Charles was survived by his wife, Ruth (Seals) Worman.

Interment in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Capner Street, Flemington, NJ.
