Born in Galicia, Spain on May 14, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Manuel Garcia and Dolores Gil. She was a Homemaker. Carmen was predeceased by her husband, Frank Garcia, who died in 1992. Interment at Whiting Memorial Park, County Road 530, Manchester Township, NJ.
