Born April 11, 1907 in Nashville, TN, he was the son of Paul D. and Inez (Griffin) Denton, Sr. Mr. Denton was a machinist for Stout Machine Shop.
Cremation was private and under the direction of Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington.
