ESTERO, Fla. - Bela Sera Sr., 66, died Wednesday at home.
Born in Hungary, and formerly of Middlesex, N.J., he lived in Flemington, N.J., 13 years and Lecanto 10 years before moving to Estero a year ago.
He retired after many years with General Motors Corp., Linden, N.J.
Son of the late Charles and Wilma Fodor Sera, he is survived by his wife, Annita Sala Sera; two daughters, Lisa Engelhardt of Nazareth, Pa., and Diane Hiel of Belvidere, N.J.; a son, Bela Jr. of Belvidere; a brother, Charlie of Flemington; four grandchildren; and brothers and sisters in Hungary.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main St., Flemington.
Burial will be in St. Magdalen Mausoleum, Flemington.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
