Born in Czechoslovakia on June 24, 1889, she was the daughter of the late John and Pauline Mokros.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Pavlica, who died in 1961.

Interment in Saint Magdalen Cemetery, North Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
