Anna Burry

Anna Burry, age 91 years, died on Thursday, April 19, 2012, in the Country Arch Care Center, Union Township, Hunterdon County, NJ.

Born in Oxford, PA, September 17, 1920, she was formerly a seamstress with Singer Corporation, Roselle Park, NJ. She had formerly resided in Carbondale, PA, and Newark, NJ.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph Burry, Sr. in 1993. Surviving are a son, Joseph Burry, Jr. of Readington Township, NJ; a brother, Leo of Carbondale, PA; two sisters, Helen of Carbondale, PA and Olga of Clark, NJ; two grandchildren: Joseph Burry III and Kayla Burry; and one great grandson, Gage.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 10-11 AM in the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ. Entombment will follow in Hollywood Memorial Park Mausoleum, Union, NJ.
