Andrew Kozak, age 71 years, of Flemington, NJ, died on September 2, 1955 at the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ. He was born in Poland on November 24, 1883. Andrew was predeceased by his wife, Anna Kozak. Interment in Newell Cemetery, Stanton, NJ.
