Buckingham Twp., Pa - ALFRED HENRY LOCKBURNER died Friday Oct. 25, 1996 at Hunterdon Medical Center. he was 78.
He was born in Franklin, Sussex County, a son of Conrad and Ethel Simmons Lockburner, and lived in Flemington for 48 years before moving to Bunckingham in March.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He was a foreman at Wilson Products in Neshanic Station for several years and then worked for 10 years for Samuel Stothoff Co. in Flemington as a pump installer and repairman. He retired in 1983.
He was a member of Flemington Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Celestina Giorcelli Lockburner; two daughters, Janet Sharon Buckner of Randolph and Diane Karon Hamilton of Virginia Beach, Va.; a son H. Brian Lockburner of Flemington; a sister Ethel Stanton of Sussex, five grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
Services were held Tuesday at Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home in Flemington. Burial was at Clove Cemetery in Wantage.
