Holcombe Fisher, great-grandson of Charles Holcombe and
son of Charles R. Fisher, is a lifelong resident of the Borough
of Flemington. Mr. Fisher is a 1956 graduate of Flemington High
School and then went on to receive his B.A. from Lafayette College,
Easton, PA where he majored in History. He then graduated from
the American Academy of Funeral Service in New York City and
received his Funeral Director's license in 1962. Mr. Fisher
is a member of the National Funeral Director's Association,
the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, and a member
and past-president of the Tri-County Funeral Directors Association.
Additionally, Mr. Fisher is a member and past-president of the
Flemington Rotary Club, and a member of the Hunterdon County
Historical Society and the Flemington Elks Lodge #1928. He is
a past member of the Flemington Board of Health, the Flemington-Raritan
Merger Committee and the Economic Development Committee. Mr.
Fisher and his wife Elizabeth live in the Borough of Flemington.
Fisher Bogart, nephew of Charles H. Fisher, grandson of Charles R. Fisher, and great-great grandson of Charles Holcombe, has been with the firm since 1996. Born and raised in the Borough of Flemington, Mr. Bogart graduated Hunterdon Central Regional High School in 1983. He attended West Virginia University where he received his B.S. in Wildland Recreation Management. He then went on to become a Senior Ranger with the Hunterdon County Park System. In 1996 he left the Park System and attended Northampton Community College where he received an Associates Degree in Funeral Service Education. Passing the required Federal and State written and practical examinations, Mr. Bogart received his Funeral Director's license in 1998. In addition to working in the family business, Mr. Bogart is a member of the New Jersey State Funeral Directors Association, the Tri-County Funeral Directors Association, Flemington Lion's Club, a member of the Flemington Historical Preservation Committee and the Chief and Chaplain of the Flemington Fire Department. Mr. Bogart resides in the Raritan Township along with his wife Amy and two children. N.J. Lic. No. 4274
James Wright has been with Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, Flemington, NJ since June of 2002. He is a 2001 Cum Laude graduate of Drew University in Madison, NJ where he majored in Psychology and minored in Philosophy and French. He entered the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service in New York City in the Fall of 2001, receiving scholarships from the Bergen County Funeral Director's Association as well as the New Jersey State Funeral Director's Association. He graduated fall of 2002, Summa Cum Laude, receiving the Faculty Award for exceptional proficiency in all academic and clinical areas of the curriculum as well as being elected into Mu Sigma Alpha, the funeral service education national honor society. Passing the required Federal and State written and practical examinations, Mr. Wright received his Funeral Director's license, #4537, in September 2002.
Mr. Wright is a member of the New Jersey State Funeral Director's Association, formerly a longtime executive board member and just completed a second, two year term as a Delegate-At-Large, representing Funeral Director's throughout the State. He also has served on the Legislative & Law Committee and the Audit Committee of the NJSFDA and was formerly a representative on the Electronic Death Registration Committee. He is also a two-term Past President of the Tri-County Funeral Director's Association, comprising Hunterdon, Warren and Sussex Counties.
Mr. Wright is a member of the Flemington-Raritan First Aid and Rescue Squad, serving his fourth term as its Vice-President, and formerly serving as its Chaplain and Captain-Public Information Officer. He is also serving as the Chaplain of Rotary International District #7510 (comprising central NJ clubs), the Lunch Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Flemington, and was formerly the Interact Liaison to Hunterdon Central Regional High School. A Founding Member of the Young Professionals of Hunterdon County, Mr. Wright was honored to be the 2011 recipient of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce Brian S. Grare Young Professional of the Year Award. He is also an original member of Flemington Business Improvement District Steering Committee, currently serving on the BID Board of Directors and resides in Raritan Township, NJ. N.J. Lic. No. 4537
Ryan Christopher Winfield: was born and raised in Hunterdon County, NJ. He is a 2004 graduate of Voorhees High School. Joining the Holcombe-Fisher family in September of 2007, Ryan graduated in 2010 from Mercer County Community College with degrees in Mortuary Science and Business. He was honored to be the recipient of both the Tri-County Funeral Director's Association and the New Jersey State Funeral Director's Association Scholarships. Passing the required proficiency and practical examination, he received Funeral Director's License, No. 4888, in 2010. Ryan was formerly a personal fitness trainer at HealthQuest, Flemington, NJ for many years. He currently resides in the Borough of Flemington and is eager to become engaged in the community as his studies are now complete. N.J. Lic. No. 4888

Charlie, Rob, D.J., Ryan and Mark are supported by a caring and dedicated part-time staff who perform various tasks around the Funeral Home. They are composed of current and retired law enforcement officials, teachers, emergency service personnel, hair stylists, students and others whose genuine empathy is in line with the standards that have stood the test of time since 1894. Valued members of the "Holcombe-Fisher Family," the Director’s are grateful for the support they provide to all of the families that Holcombe-Fisher is honored to serve.
